Mike & Mike, ESPN Radio’s flagship morning show for 17 years, is moving to the Big Apple. Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg will start broadcasting America’s No. 1 sports morning show from ABC’s Times Square studio beginning Monday, February 8, 2016. Also after almost 20 years, the duo will soon adding a third voice, former NFL Network reporter Molly Qerim. This marks the first time the show has added a permanent third voice since Greenberg and Golic started working together in 1998, when Greenberg was a substitute host. He became the show’s permanent host in December 1999.

The show plans to move from its current Bristol, Connecticut location to New York City around Super Bowl 50. The move to new studios directly above the Good Morning America studios in Times Square, will give Mike & Mike a wider variety of guests voices from the world of entertainment and pop culture in-studio instead of via the phone.
GMA personalities will appear on Mike & Mike, with Robin Roberts helping out with sports coverage and Ryan Smith discussing legal matters. Ginger Zee will appear on Mike & Mike when weather impacts major sporting events, while Golic and Greenberg will appear on GMA “when appropriate.”
“Mike & Mike has been an extremely successful sports talk show for its first 15 years,” said Norby Williamson, ESPN EVP Programming and Production. “The physical move to New York combined with a strong working relationship with ABC will help evolve it into a very powerful and engaging morning sports entertainment talk show.”
