Fox News’s “The Five” co-host Andrea Tantaros has picked up where Laura Ingraham left off in the Talk Radio Network time slot formerly held by Ingraham. Tantaros, joined by co-host Jason Mattera debuted the Andrea Tantaros Show yesterday. The show will air 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday.
“I’m thrilled to partner with TRN on this exciting opportunity. They’re the best in the business at making sure affiliates and audiences get hard hitting and informative commentary that keeps them coming back for more. I promise you this: it’s going to be fun,” Tantaros said in a statement.
Talk Radio Network Entertainment CEO Mark Masters called Tantaros a “fresh voice who will inject new energy to the airwaves.” TRN in a release said the program “will engage listeners who want to be informed and entertained with smart, edgy, and funny but responsible commentary on politics, pop culture, Wall Street and entertainment.”
Ingraham who quickly signed a new deal with Courtside Entertainment after leaving TRN late last year also debuted her new show on Wednesday (Jan 2).
