Clear Channel Radio inks morning host and Yea Network syndicated radio personality Kidd Kraddick to a new four-year deal to remain with CHR KHKS-FM (106.1 Kiss FM) Dallas. The agreement keeps Kraddick on his flagship station, where’s he’s aired since 1993.
“For the first time in my life I feel like Derek Jeter,” Kraddick commented. “I mean, I guess I could go to another team, but it just wouldn’t feel right. This has been my home for almost 20 years. I’m so excited to be staying where I am. We’re going to do some great things together.”
Clear Channel also announced that they would be carrying Kraddick’s new pop culture countdown show, “The Hollywood 5,” widely throughout the company. The weekend show is heard in several Clear Channel markets including San Diego, Denver, San Antonio and San Francisco. The four-hour weekend show is hosted by Kraddick and Jonathon Hyla, a celebrity gossip reporter.
