Syndication One syndicated radio talkers Al Sharpton and Warren Ballentine have been removed from the lineup at Radio One Charlotte urban WQNC-FM. The station after months of rumors of a format shift, re-launched Monday as “My92.7 R&B from the 80′s, 90′s and Now.”  According to the station website a one hour talk show hosted by Sharpton remains on the Sunday morning schedule, but there is no word yet as to whether or where the weekday …

Congratulations go out to Syndication One morning host Rickey Smiley, who made Talkers Magazines “Talkers 250″  list even though stablemates Al Sharpton and Warren Ballentine missed the cut. The Rickey Smiley Morning Show appears on the Talkers 250 list in the Hot Talk catagory which by the way, somehow excludes similar syndicated urban hosts such as Tom Joyner, Steve Harvey and Michael Baisden.
