The Chicago Tribune is reporting that Erich “Mancow” Muller‘s 16 month run in mid-days  at WLS are over. Co-host Pat Cassidy is also out at the Chicago talker as speculation persists as to whether the move was a programming decision or an economic one as a result of Citadel’s Chapter 11 filing late last year. Muller’s separate Talk Radio Network syndicated radio morning show will continue unaffected on stations around the country.

The Cambridge Union Society, the world’s oldest debating society has invited Savage to speak at next month’s political correctness debate. If he accepts the invitation-which in itself is open to debate-the Society says he could address the crowd by video link and not step foot in the country.
