SparkNet Communications, owner of Jack-FM and “Playing What We Want” brands, has formed a new syndication company that will focus on the Canadian radio industry. SparkNetworks will represent an array of global companies who specialize in syndication, marketing and services for radio. The new company, to launch in January, will be based in Toronto.
