McVay Syndication has agreed to purchase the short-form feature, “8-Track Playback”, hosted by Donny Osmond , from Broadcast Barter Radio Networks (BBRN) for an undisclosed sum. The deal puts both of Osmond’s radio programs under the umbrella of McVay Syndication, which also syndicates “The Donny Osmond Show” in conjunction with Citadel Media in the USA and Orbyt in Canada.

Donny Osmond is moving beyond short form features into long form daypart syndicated radio programming. Citadel Media has signed Osmond to host a new lifestyle-driven music radio show called The Donny Osmond Show. The project was developed with broadcast industry consultant Mike McVay of McVay Media along with radio syndication veteran Mike McKay and will be the first offering from McKay Syndication.
