Black Talkers a new website dedicated to covering talk radio targeted to the African-American community, has released it’s “Black Talkers Talented 10″ (radio) list. Joe Madison of WOL Washington and XM radio is at the top of what Black Talk founder Rob Redding calls “The definitive list of top black radio talk show hosts in the talk media industry.” The list includes a number of syndicated radio talkers, with Syndication One personality Al Sharpton ranking at number two.
