Arbitron’s RADAR 100 shows network radio’s cume jumped 2.5 million with listeners 12+ from the previous report issued three months ago. The Adult 25-54 demo, with an increase of 1.1 million, showed the biggest improvement. Arbitron VP Bruce Supovitz is crediting the increases to the rollout of electronic measurement (PPM) in more markets.

Arbitron just released it’s annual “Network Radio Today” report and it shows that network radio still has some significant reach, with nearly three-quarters of Americans 12 and older, and 74 percent of both 18-49s and 25-54s exposed to network radio each week.
