Dial Global has announced an exclusive syndicated radio ad sales representation and distribution deal with The Weather Channel Radio Network (TWCRN), effective July 1. “We are excited to add The Weather Channel’s stellar brand to the lineup of programs and services that Dial Global offers its 6,000 plus station affiliates,” said Triton Radio Networks CEO Spencer Brown. “And we are proud to be their exclusive network radio advertising sales representative.” Dial Global Co-President Ken Williams added, “We look forward to incorporating The Weather Channel brand into our broadcast and digital offerings. TWCRN’s digital weather content currently airs on more than 300 radio affiliates, including WABC-AM New York, KTRH-AM Houston and WGST-AM Atlanta.
