Citadel Media True Oldies creator and WPLJ New York PD/personality, Scott Shannon was the winner of the 2010 National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Radio Award for Network/Syndicated radio Personality of the Year, announced Thursday night at the annual NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner & Show in Washington, DC.
