In what could be the first of many changes for Premiere Radio Networks Steve Harvey Morning Show,  Carter Broadcasting KPRS Kansas City has cancelled the syndicated radio show and has replaced it with the Syndication One produced Rickey Smiley Morning Show. The station, upset with Harvey’s increased absences and the syndicated morning shows Urban AC playlist versus the stations mainstream format,  had been mulling a change for months.  The markets recent conversion to PPM  methodology sealed the deal. Industry trade All Radio News is reporting that there are cancellations eminent in additional markets for the Steve Harvey show as well as picking up on the Sheryl Underwood as a permanent replacement for Harvey idea that we dropped a few weeks ago.
