29 September 2009 116 views No Comment

Under a cost cutting plan announced today (9/29), all full time Westwood One employees will lose ten days pay between now and the end of the year. Westwood One president Rod Sherwood told workers the company missed third quarter revenue goals and is not yet seeing a turnaround in advertising. As a consolation, employees at the radio syndication company will get five extra vacation days next year and will be eligible for a new 2010 bonus.
