Ed Schultz and the Boycott Wars

11 June 2009 433 views No Comment

Dial-Global talker Ed Schultz took on both Premiere’s Rush Limbaugh and  Salem Radio Network’s Hugh Hewitt on his MSNBC show Monday for suggesting that Americans should boycott General Motors in the wake of  the government’s bailout of the automobile manufacturer. Apparently after further review of the transcripts neither Rush nor Hewitt specifically called for a boycott. Nonetheless the inference was enough for Schultz and he called for boycotts of his own… and did it quite forcefully. Is Ed grandstanding or is he right?
