Westwood One appoints Stephen Chessare as Senior VP/Network Radio Sales, based in New York. Since joining the syndication firm last year, he worked with both the Network and Metro Traffic sales teams. Chessare came to Westwood One from Clear Channel, where he was GSM of AC WLTW-FM/New York for eight years. Previously, Chessare served as VP/General Manager for CBS Radio Sales, where he oversaw 11 offices of national account executives representing 63 stations owned by CBS and Jefferson Pilot.
