Citadel Media Partners With RushmoreDrive.Com

RushmoreDrive.com, the first-of-its-kind targeted search engine for the Black community, today announced a partnership with Citadel Media, formerly ABC Radio Networks. Citadel Media syndicates some of the country’s top Urban programming including The Tom Joyner Morning Show, The Michael Baisden Show and Big Boy’s Neighborhood. The multi-faceted agreement between the companies will bring a new level of access and relevancy for online Black and urban consumers. RushmoreDrive.com will host a branded micro site that will serve as the destination to highlight and showcase Citadel’s on-air talent while expanding their online presence. Additionally, the partnership will provide Citadel’s listeners the opportunity to enter sweepstakes and contests allowing the radio network to increase visibility for its partners and sponsors. The new feature, “Fast Lane” is planned for a May 2009 launch. “RushmoreDrive.com is a search-engine first and foremost, so it is always our goal to establish partnerships which further enhance the search experience,” describes RushmoreDrive President and CEO Johnny C.
