Hersam Out At Westwood One

8 April 2009 355 views No Comment

Andrew Hersam has been relieved of his EVP duties at Westwood One. Former Westwood One boss Tom Beusse brought Hersam over from Rodale publishing in late April 2008 to be Executive VP of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer of the radio network. New Westwood boss Rod Sherwood is eliminating Hersam’s position as the company continues to seek out ways to save money. Hersam gets his $425,000 salary for the next 12 months, plus an additional $46,750 to cover his consulting services at the syndicator through the end of May. At Rodale, Hersam was the VP and Publishing Director for Runner’s World.
