“Shoot” Imus Caught Joking Again

Don Imus’ announcement earlier this week of his bout with prostate cancer has done little to slow the I-Man’s propensity for putting his foot in his mouth. Imus is insisting that he was joking when he threatened to “shoot’ WTKK talker Jay Severin yesterday at a St. Patricks Day remote broadcast in Boston. I want to like Imus in the worst way, he’s had a iconic career and I think accusations by his detractors of him being a racist and a bad guy are off base. However, I’m beginning to think that Mr.Imus needs to take another sabbatical…this time voluntarily and for good.
