The alliance between ABC Radio Networks and the Tom Kent Radio Network’s Oldies/Classic Hits shows have reaped some significant benefits adding an additional 30 affiliates in the past month,  including eight in the last week. Stations adding Kent’s weekday 7p-midnight show along with his Sunday “My ’70s Show”  are Clear Channel Classic Hits WWBB (B-101) Providence; Classic Hits KGOR Omaha; Qantum AC WCIB (COOL 102) Cape Cod; and Buckley Classic Hits WSEN-A/F Syracuse. Adding the weeknight show only are Saga Classic Hits WYNZ (Y100.9) Portland, ME; Morris Communications Oldies KEAG (KOOL 97.3) Anchorage; and Cumulus Oldies WFVL-WFNC-F (OLDIES 106.9) Fayetteville, NC. “The rapid response to our programming has been overwhelming,” said Tom Kent Radio Network VP Karen Newton. “We’re so grateful to all our new partners and are thrilled they’ve joined Tom’s team.” Kent’s affiliate count is up to 130 stations.
