 ABC Nets Cable DealThe deal is with Comcast Entertainment Group and centers on three cable brands, E!, Style Network, and G4. Carl Anderson, ABC’s senior VP of programming & distribution, says that all three “are highly recognized brands among young consumers and based on their name recognition alone, we expect there will be strong interest for the radio content.” The programming, part of the newly hired Anderson’s mission to beef up ABC’s entertainment programming, will be available to ABC Radio Networks affiliates both on-air & online.
