smiley Rickey Smiley In The ATLA big purge in Atlanta at Radio One’s WHTA “Hot 107.9″ includes the installation of  Syndication One’s Rickey Smiley in morning drive replacing the A-Team. Rickey’s already on in 20 markets and with the purges that are going on at Radio One as we speak, look for some more pick-ups very soon…maybe before the end of the day.
