In preparation for her huge opening night speech at the Democratic National convention tonight in Denver, Michelle Obama made her first stop of the day on Reach Media’s Tom Joyner Show. Tom, never the one to waste time beating around the bush, hit Mrs. Obama hard saying a lot of his listeners are disappointed in her husbands choice of Senator Joe Biden as his running mate over Hillary Clinton. Although she said she understood how those who supported “other candidates” were committed to that support, she did encourage them to “keep an open mind” and added, “I think in the end people will pray on it, but they’ll get the sign that there’s no other choice other than Barack Obama for this time in our nation’s history.” If you have yet to get a feel for this lady and want to before tonight’s speech, the entire interview is Here.
