Doug Banks’ syndicated morning show for ABC Radio Networks has completed it’s run. Most of Doug’s old affiliates have picked up Big Boy’s Neighborhood, syndicated out of Emmis-owned KPWR, Los Angeles. The word has been that ABC is looking to move Doug to afternoons in 2008 but nothings been announced yet. Doug is one of the legendary talents of the past 20 years and this well planned transition (it’s been talked about for some time now) was done the right way. He’ll be back and I know Doug will do well regardless of whatever decision he has made.
