These guys have just lost another terrestrial affiliate station in West Palm Beach. This on the heels of being dropped at WYSP in Philadelphia and WCKG in Chicago. There’s also a lot of questioning about just how long Tom Cusano and Tracy Cloerty are going to hang with them at K-Rock in New York. That will leave XM, and when the merger with Sirius comes to fruition they will probably be one of the shows that doesn’t make the cut. This is one show that could end up being a footnote very soon. I’ll be honest with you though, CBS President Dan Mason is my new hero. A true radio programmer in the position to impact the industry and right many of the wrongs that have been driving listeners away from the medium for a long time.
